After you place your purchase, please send us your pets photo to ravensandmorellc@gmail.com along with your order number.
once we have received the pictures, design will begin and badge will be made WITHOUT you approving final design. This helps us keep the timeline accurate.
If you want to see the design before we make the badge, let us know in the email along with the acknowledgment that order will take longer than stated.
PHOTO GUIDELINES (REFER TO EXAMPLE IN PHOTOS)
1. We suggest a photo of your pet sitting or standing.
2. Get close to your pet and provide or take a photo from their head to their chest.
3. Well lit photo or a photo taken outside on a sunny day.
4. We suggest no accessories on the pet(s) to better capture all their unique features.
